TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket to watch this virtual premiere of The Car Lot with the NABSTMC and its members, you agree to the viewer terms and conditions set forth at the form below and to allow the use of your contact information to receive communications about this event including instructions on accessing the movie 24-hours before the event date.

THE CAR LOT MOVIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MAKE BELIEVE VILLAGE PRODUCTIONS (“MBV”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and view The Car Lot movie (the “Movie”) for a single use as part of a special fundraiser with the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club, Inc. (NABSTMC). MBV does not transfer title to any portion of the Movie to you and retains all intellectual property rights in the Movie. 

By providing your contact information and purchasing a ticket license to view the Movie, you agree:

1. that we have permission to use your contact information to communicate with you regarding film productions of MBV and its affiliates; and
2. that you will not nor permit another person to do any of the following without the express written permission of MBV and that your compliance with these restrictions are a condition to your exercise of the license rights granted above:

a. circumvent or disable any content protection system or digital rights management technology used in connection with the Movie;

b. copy the Movie in any manner by any means (except as expressly permitted in writing by MBV);

c. rebroadcast, transmit or perform the Movie in any manner by any means:

d. create any derivative works of the Movie or any part thereof; or

e. modify the Movie, including, but not limited to, by removing identification, copyright or other proprietary notices.

By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method used.

NEITHER MBV NOR NABSTMC WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL AND WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LACK OF FUNCTIONALITY OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY PART OF THE MOVIE DUE TO AN EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR INTERNET CONNECTION FAILURE.

NEITHER MBV NOR NABSTMC WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF YOU ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MBV NOR NABSTMC TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE (US $25).
